
Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 120g broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 240g cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 160g carrots, thickly sliced
- 160g green beans, trimmed
- 4 tbsp AYAM Vegetarian Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Method
- Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and fry until golden.
- Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, adn green beans, and turn to high heat. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add AYAM Vegetarian Fish Sauce, sugar, and water, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
