Pipis in XO Sauce

Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1kg pipis
- 2 tbsp AYAM™ XO Sauce
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- ½ cup cold water
- 200g AYAM™ Vermicelli Noodles
- Spring onions to garnish
Method:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pipis, XO Sauce and Oyster Sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until the pipis open.
- In a bowl, add cornflour and cold water and stir to combine.
- Add mixture to pan and stir to thicken sauce.
- Add Sesame Oil and stir-fryfor 30 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve with blanched Vermicelli noodles or steamed rice.
Tip: Substitute pipis for claims if they ar enot unavailable.
