Pho Soup

Serves 2 | Prep 8 minutes | pot 10 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 340g fresh rice noodles
  • 4⅓ cups water
  • 185g AYAM™ Vietnamese Pho Soup Paste
  • 170g flank or brisket beef slices
  • 40g bean sprouts

Garnish:

  • Coriander leaves
  • Sliced red chilli

 

Method:

  1. Prepare rice noodles according to instructions. Divide between serving bowls.
  2. Add water and paste and bring to a boil.
  3. Add beef slices to soup, blanch and set aside.
  4. Assemble the noodles, beef slices, bean sprouts, red chilli and coriander leaves in serving bowls.
  5. Pour boiling Pho Soup into assembled bowl and serve hot.
