Ingredients
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1kg pipis
2 tbsp AYAM™ XO Sauce
1 tbsp AYAM™ Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp AYAM™ Sesame Oil
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup cold water
Spring onions to garnish
Serving suggestion: 200g AYAM™ Vermicelli Noodles
Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or non-stick fry pan over medium-high heat
- Add the pipis, XO Sauce and Oyster Sauce and stir-fry for 2 min or until the pipis open
- In a bowl, add cornflour and cold water and stir to combine
- Add mixture to pan and stir to thicken sauce
- Add Sesame Oil and stir-fry for 30sec
- Garnish with spring onions
- Serve with blanched vermicelli noodles or steamed rice
Tip - Substitute pipis for claims if they are unavailable
