Bananas with Coconut
Passion Fruit Cream

 

Ingredients:

270ml can AYAM Coconut Cream
4 passionfruit
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 bananas

Step 1. Combine Coconut Cream, passion fruit pulp, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.

Step 2.
Peel bananas; cut into diagonal slices. Add to coconut mixture and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
