Which
one should I use?
Both Ayam cream and milk deliver the same smooth creamy taste. However,
cream should be used when a thicker consistency is required or to add
a creamy touch to a dish. You can make coconut milk from a can of Ayam
coconut cream by adding one third of the same can size of water.

long can I keep the tin once opened?
Ayam can size is the right serving size and there should not be any leftover.
However, if any, it can be kept up to 3 days in the fridge in a plastic
continer.
The
cream (or milk) was in solid form when I opened it.
As it is concentrated, it is possible that the cream or milk solidifies
in temperatures below 14 degree without affecting its quality. It does
not means that it has curdled. Just stir the can content, heat it up in
a pan or directly spoon from the can in hot dish and stir well.
Should
coconut cream or milk have a pure white color?
Natural cream or milk extracts from coconuts are never plain white in
color but can have a light shade.
What
if the recipe I want to follow uses a 400ml can size as ingredient?
An Ayam coconut cream 140ml or milk 270ml can replace a 400 ml tin in
any recipe. You can add some water if you want a thinner gravy.
