Prep Time: 15mins No Cooking
- 1 can Chunks Tuna in Olive Oil (with oil)
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 stalks fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 50g shallots, chopped
- Salt to taste
- baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
- Mix all ingredients except the baguette.
- Season to taste and serve on sliced baguette.
