Terms and Conditions
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions.

  2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except, directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the promoter, who are not eligible to enter this competition. The promoter is A. Clouet (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 38 085 458 635 of 5/5 Stanton Road, Seven Hills, NSW, 2147.

  3. Subject to clauses 4 and 5 below, entry is open to all residents of Australia.

  4. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter the Competition.

  5. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and any of their associated agencies, suppliers or related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter this competition.

  6. Entries open 12.01am (AEST) on 01/12/2009 and close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 28/02/2010.

  7. The prize draw will be conducted at A.Clouet (Australia) Pty.Ltd, 5/5 Stanton Road, Seven Hills, NSW, 2147 on 08/03/10 at 2.30pm. All prize winners will be notified by e-mail and their names will be published on the promotional website on 15/03/10. The name of the major prize winner will be published in The Australian on 15/03/10. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days. All reasonable steps to notify winners of the results of the draws will be taken by the Promoter.

  8. To enter the promotion, simply purchase two(2) 100 PLUS Isotonic Sports Drink 330ml can during the promotional period, keep receipt and locate the barcode on the product packaging and then enter via Internet; log into www.ayam.com. In order to fully complete the online entry form, eligible entrants will be required to provide their full name, residential address, contact telephone number, current and valid e-mail address, and the barcodes from the 100 PLUS products purchased.

  9. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission.

  10. You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry is a separate on-line entry and includes the barcode of a 100 PLUS product as purchased during the promotional period. Only one entry is permitted for every purchase of two (2) 100 PLUS products. Each entry must be a separate entry. In order to be eligible to claim a prize; winning entrants will be required to provide proof of purchase by presenting a store receipt. If an entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries made, then all the entries of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof of purchase includes providing a receipt dated within the promotional period.

  11. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian.

  12. The first eligible entry drawn randomly from all eligible entries received will win one (1) Apple iPhone16GB 3GS (RRP $879.00 inc. GST).
    The following 50 eligible entries drawn randomly from all eligible entries received will win one (1) Apple iPod Nano 8GB (RRP $199.00 inc. GST).
    The following 50 eligible entries drawn randomly from all eligible entries received will win one (1) Apple iPod Shuffle 1GB (RRP $65.00 inc. GST)
    There are 101 individual prize winners. Only one (1) prize can be won per household regardless of the number of entries received (S.A. exempt). Total Prize value is $14079.00 (Recommended Retail Price Inc. GST). Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in prize values.

  13. All prizes will be sent to winners to their address as stated on the "Competition Entry form".

  14. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prizes are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash and not transferable. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. Prizes winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

  16. Values of prizes are shown as a guide only, were correct at the time of printing and include GST where applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Should the item specified in item 12 above be unavailable or superseded the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar replacement type and value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where relevant.

  17. Promoter may conduct a second draw in the event of any forfeited or unclaimed prizes at the same address on 08/06/10 at 2.30pm to distribute any prizes, should they be returned to the promoter by this date, and those winners will be notified by e-mail and published on www.ayam.com on 15/06/10.

  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.

  19. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

  20. Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

  21. The promoter and its related bodies corporate, their offices and employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered.

  22. All entries become the property of the promoter. Entrant's personal information is collected to allow the promoter to manage this competition. By entering, unless otherwise advised, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database. Promoter and its partner may use this for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation. If an individual no longer consents to their details being used for promotion and marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter or relevant Sponsor (whichever the case may be).
